"Boat Tour and Snorkeling at Heraion & Vouliagmenis Lake "

Summer is amazing for swimming, boat tours and having fun with an ice coffee and snacks on the beach! Join us to an amazing day trip from Loutraki to Heraion and Vouliagmenis Lake (the blue lake).

We starting the day from Loutraki early in the morning and we are going to enjoy sailing to Heraion, for snorkeling! The Heraion of Perachora is a sanctuary of the goddess Hera situated in a small cove of the Corinthian Gulf at the end of the Perachora peninsula. Free time for swimming and sea view here, and back to the boat for our second stop, Vouliagmeni Lake. Sailing for 3.5 km from Ancient Heraion, that lake is a picturesque area surrounded by many cafes and tavernas, with local fishermen still going about their daily business, as they have for thousands of years. Here you can have a snack and a drink at Ypanema Beach Bar and of course a lot of snorkeling! Back to our base in the afternoon.

Extra tip: During our stay at Heraion, you will have the chance to see Melagavi Lighthouse. One of the oldest stone lighthouses in Greece, built in 1897, that is still in operation.
